Wright Brothers offer a detox menu for January 2018

Available at Soho, Spitalfields, and their new restaurant in Battersea
Wright Brothers launch the ultimate detox menu to help you start the new year refreshed and revived without compromising on flavour. The menu features a selection of delicious dishes known for their health benefits, as well as their mouth-watering taste.
Available from the start of January, the detox menu will feature dishes including St. Austell Bay mussels, coconut, lemongrass & chilli, seared yellow fin tuna, Goan spiced lentils, Greek yoghurt & rocket salad accompanied by guilt free mocktails and alcohol free prosecco (although alcohol will also be served for those looking to retox).

The delicious detox menu offers the manifold benefits of anti-oxidants and high vitamins as well as being a healthy twenty pounds for two courses.

Truffled Jerusalem artichoke soup
Tuber contains anti-oxidants and is fantastic for dietary needs, it also contains little fat and no cholesterol.
St. Austell Bay mussels, coconut, lemongrass & chilli
Mussels are high in protein and vitamin A. Coconut water is low in fat, lemongrass is full of antioxidants and chillies have vitamin C (7 times the amount of an orange) and folic acid.
Superfood dressed oysters: pomegranate, crispy spring onions
Oysters are high in protein and pomegranate boosts liver function and is full of vitamin C
Roasted mixed beets, Graceburn feta, candied walnuts
Beets contain phytochemicals and minerals which helps purify blood and cleans the liver. Walnuts aid liver function.
Poached Var salmon, seaweed & mussels
Var salmon is a sustainably farmed salmon high in protein and omega-3 fatty acids which aids in the cleansing of arteries and the reduction of cholesterol. Seaweed is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals
Seared yellow fin tuna, Goan spiced lentils, Greek yoghurt & rocket salad
Tuna is high in omega-3 fatty acids. Lentils help boost the immune system and rocket salad leaves are heavy in nutritional value and have the same detoxing qualities as kale and broccoli.

Fresh pink grapefruit juice, mint, stevia, lemon & Scavi & Ray non-alcoholic Prosecco
Blood Orange Bellini
