Lamb to Slaughter

lamb to slaughter logoLamb To Slaughter is a boutique branding and marketing agency, born on the high hills of Hertford in the Spring of 2010.

Founder Donna Lambert specialises in branding and marketing within the retail sector specialising in fashion and lifestyle brands, creative marketing, events, content creation, and digital/social media strategy. Inspired by the traditions of herding, their approach is unlike any other; they carefully select a team of freelancers and creatives to deliver unique results for their clients, both in the UK and abroad. It sounds a bit clichéd but they have been clients themselves, and understand that this organic method of work invites fresh ideas, creates stronger teams and healthy results. It’s that simple.

Lamberts expert understanding of consumer trends combined with her effortless grasp of brands ultimately led to her being appointed a judge on the ‘Coolbrands’ Council 2010/11.

Tillie’s Nail Lounge

lamb to slaughter logoNORTH London nail enthusiasts should add Tillie’s Nail Lounge to their beauty address book. Located just a short walk away from Warwick Avenue station, at first glance Tillie’s looks more like a chic country kitchen than a nail bar – the décor is all soft grey-blues and beige colours. While owner Tillie – a former property developer – wanted to create a “home from home atmosphere” for her eponymous beauty bar, look beyond the cosy details and you’ll find a smart salon with the latest OPI nail shades and innovative Shellac technology, which instantly delivers rich glossy nail colour that lasts up to three weeks. Prices are reasonable (a full 50-min OPI manicure is just £35), the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and can cater for group bookings – ideal for girly get-togethers or hen parties.
