Henry Chevallier Guild

Henry Chevallier Guild has always called Aspall, his family’s 280-acre Suffolk estate, home. As the eighth generation of Chevallier, cider-making is in his blood. From picking apples for the BBC cameras at the age of four to school holidays spent helping out on the bottle lines, Henry has worked in all aspects of cider.

Henry’s passions run deep, not just cider but also farming, sustainability, history, cooking and of course, drinking.

Henry has a passion for creating new products, concepts and ways of sharing them with those in the industry and the general public. He takes a particularly keen interest in the development of Shrubs as an alternative to alcoholic drinks, as well as regional recipes from his Suffolk kitchen.
