Foley’s

Foley’s, in the heart of Fitzrovia, offers a selection of eclectic flavour combinations from around the globe, all perfectly brought together by Head Chef ‘Mitz’ Vora, who comes hot from his position as Sous Chef of The Palomar.

Prior to launching their flagship restaurant based on Foley Street in Fitzrovia, Foley’s previewed a selection of their dishes at West London’s foodie mecca, Market Yard. Looking to develop and play with dishes as ‘Foley’s Tasting Kitchen’, the team experimented with food from around the world, with trade route twists and influences, designed to be simultaneously tasted by everyone at the table.

MMPR worked on a campaign for Foley’s from their beginnings at the Tasting Kitchen, building up their profile through coverage in publications such as The Evening Standard, Condenast Traveller, Elle and the Telegraph, creating a platform from which to launch their first permanent site in Fitzrovia.

Foley’s launched in July this year to much acclaim and working alongside the team, MMPR have supported them from the beginning with a proactive press strategy, achieving coverage across food and drink, lifestyle an travel publications. Head Chef Mitz Vora has also been touted as one of London’s Hottest Chefs by Time Out since opening and has been labelled one to watch by The Evening Standard…
